ONYX offers onsite training that is more than "just a class." Instead, we customize your training to fit your specific learning needs. This allows for the most value for your dollar by ensuring every class taken is increasing the productivity of your staff and helping them to do their job at an efficient and exceptional level.
This is not a "cookie-cutter" approach to learning that can waste time and dollars. Your staff will learn in their environment with the software releases that they will use in their jobs. In addition, our courses are designed to build on each other as we develop your employee's knowledge in a fully integrated fashion. In other words, we start with the basics and build from there and we offer a complete training solution.
You provide the space. We'll do the rest! Our ONSITE Training includes:
- Instructors experienced in both education and technology.
- A Student Guide that supports the instructor's presentation materials. The Guide contains a glossary, table of contents and index for quick reference. A Textbook maybe suggested but is optional.
- Hands-on computer workshops and labs are the focus of all our classes. This is where the true learning takes place by "doing". We conduct these at your site so students have the opportunity to experience learning in their own environment.
- Evaluation of attendees takes the form of a computer lab assignment or a written test. This allows you to measure progress and track attendees' skill competencies.
